Replacement charger for a G60 ?

I've been offered a Corrado G60 and it needs a new charger, does anyone know how much they are ? I can get it fitted no problem, also when the chargers go bang do they take anything else with them or is it just a case of a straight swap, any help appreciated

depends what happened to the charger. if it exploded and sent bits of metal through the engine then you're in a whole heap of trouble. if its just worn beyond the realms of a rebuild then a replacement blower will do fine. try darren at g-werks he either has some or knows where to get one most of the time. there are other options to the g-lader though.. eaton.. lysholm... or ihi turbo

Thanks for the reply, the car drives fine and apart from the rather large loss of power everything seems to be O.K., the engine sounds fine.
