Thinking of firing a Sony Xplod 1300w sub in my mk3, but it comes with no box...

Can u buy boxes for the sub? or d'ya have to build em???  ???

You can buy them for about ?60 onwards depending on the size of it. It seems to me like its a 15" sub?

IF you want deep deep bass then get a ported sub box ;D

Build one from MDF for cheap. Just find out the airspace the sub needs and build a box to suit the needs. :)

ive got two sony 900 watt xplod subs and i got my box from --caraudio centre in manchester there quite cheap
and can give you good advice , my subs are in a sealed box and is powered by a 600 watt amp and by god its good bass!!!?

carful where you buy sub from some places take the piss on price i all ways use www.caraudiosecurity.com they have sony 12" subs for just over 50 bucks bargin but you will need a hefty amp to make it sound sweet  ;)

Well... I looked thru my manual for my Sony CD Player and ... no sub out... and I cant be assed buying an amp... so.... screw it... I'll just p!ss that money up against the wall ... probably next saturday nite!
