if you think it may be fairy liquid gunging it up, soak it in boiling water for a bit and see if that works?

well the leak in the boot suggests theres a hole in the pipe there!  best get it checked anyway
The pumps also have a non-return valve on the rear connection, perhaps its broken on your pump so it cant build up any pressure?

i think the leak was from too much pressure building andn ot being able to get, i managed to disassemble it even further and found the blockage to be in a bout an inch of plastic, recently had the drill down it and a few long pins

Put a small tube on and filled it with water, comes out in a nice steady flow and then when you blow it comes out quickly so i'm going to try putting it back on the car when i have it, just taken it to have its cambelt changed so hopefully it will all be ok after that. Got a rear VW badge coming cause the lady had it knicked, then we can start modifying it. ALthough think i'm gonna have to wait until christmas to get some nice alloy wheels as i have no income cause i quit my part time job as i'm going away to study.

Although i can get my hands on some JBL speakers, i know there not very good but there better than standard and as their free i cant complain

JBL are actually pretty damn good speakers, my mate who is well into he stereo rates them.  Though he doesn't use em himself, but then hes one of these nutters who spends hundreds of pounds on his kit!  Hes in the middle of a proper boot build atm
