In terms of connecting it all up, it can be done quite easily.
As 8916vGTI stated, use the non-fading pre-out for the sub.
The other pre-out can be split, so as to give four rca leads (two sets) with a simple set of rca splitters.
This will allow you to connect an rca lead to each channel of your amplifier, powering all speakers (including sub).
The downside is that you will not have the ability to fade front to rear via the head unit controls - this will only be possible by adjusting the 'gain' pots on the amp.
Small price to pay on the basis that you don't keep changing the fading once its set up right.
