Is the climatronic a air con unit ?? was in a mates and he had the climatronic thing and it didn't seem to be that cold at all even on full blast ? Can anyone tell me whats the difference !

climatronic wont blast ice cold air out unless you force it to (set it to LO , full fan speed and drivers face vents) .. it basically keeps a steady temperature in the car (that you set) without blowing your face off. you just set it and leave it.

manual aircon you have to keep fiddling with the dials to maintain a constant temperature.

I turned off the a/c & undid window on the motorway, the other day - It was like the warm waft of you air you get when you open the oven door!!!

Def could not live without a/c, now!!

Climatronic cars seem to have probs with the fans/switches, so I would recommend the manual a/c!
