Yes it has been posted before by Dinx and is in this thread --> http://www.golfgtiforum.co.uk/index.php?topic=18122.0 which is in the child board of this site. A good guide and a good find anyway, and I always think with guides like this it's better for them to be posted twice than not at all, so if you find anymore then please post it up.  :smiley:
