exactly my point. Can't stand that thing. Didn't it get told to leave the show and shine at action cos it entered in daily driver or something??

and forgot to put the rallye yep it is pink but it does belong to a girl and she has made a good point of it :-)  one way to stop your other half from driving it!
She has had the car around for a good few years but she makes changes to it and yes she drives it and that is what I think she should do.

That poxy orange mk1 was there again looking the same as it did 4 years ago.

hehe the orange cabro the trailer queen!!!  thats why it hasn't got a stone chip on it in 4 years!

Why build a car and not drive it??? what is the point??

Completely agree... doesnt building a car then not driving it completely destroy the point of it being a car?

I've got some big plans for my mk1 when i finally pull some cash together (Those that have seen my latest mock-up and list will know what i mean!) but i intend to drive it everyday and on every road trip i make up n down the country (and europe!).

cool good for you
Its like our 20v caddy, yes it will be at a few shows this year but with  a few more stonechips, it was built to be driven and driven hard, maybe not so many 1/4 miles as would like it to last a bit longer but have to try out the new LDS somewhere!

To be fair to Janet from what I've heard she does drive her rallye a fair bit, and that paint job is AWESOME!!!
I just wish i could find some one who'd spray mine full stop never mind to that sorta quality! I though it was a good show, bit quiet but some really good bargins! Telford next.........

the paint on the rallye was like glass, ive just painted mine n its looking good but i got it to drive not to keep in the garage and just get it out for shows..fair play to the people who can afford to do that but thats not for me,,
