i think www.awesomegti.com will cover most of that..

it might not be on the website yet but they sell the forge motorsport FMIC kit for mk4 golfs as well as everything else on your list.

Well gibby old chap - thats how it was when he bought it and with no info on what had been done as it was a stolen/recovered he is more than happy with how it is now!
