MK4 rear door speakers

Hi all , new here so please excuse if its already been covered to death   

Recently aquired a MK4 5 door and have boxed set of JBL 6256e (16.5cm) sat doing nothing which id like to make use of perhaps in the rear !

now ... the question is ... how easy are the rear door spkrs to upgrade for example removing the panels etc

fairly easy to remove. sods to get back on lol
make sure you don't break too many of the clips that hold them on though.
