New, but old rimmage!!
« on: 21 December 2005, 20:46 »
Right, story goes I bought these RM's in early May, ran them for a few months and then decided to take them off and re-furb them.

Got Dav (lowvento) to powdercoat the centres, and Mark Dzus (myxa) supplied me with the outer rims. They now stand at 8x 15" with an anthracite centre. In the photos they don't look too bad, but in the flesh the look freakin' amazing. I'll try to better the pictures tonight, as this in my 2yr old phone with 3 pixels, not even mega!!!

YOU SLAG! Your rims were too minging to tell they were anthracite!

The grey is a lot more subtle to be honest, more of a pearl, but look ggrrrrrreaat!

I didn't realise how close they were to be honest, but when we spoke at WRC I didn't even realise you had RS's, so your slightly more upper class than me anyhow!!

And i need some fat smaller wheels - does 15x8 give you any rubbing problems? Are you running lowered suspension?

I was tempted by 16x9 but not happy about the arch work! Maybe 15x9..........
