Is it true that you have to disconnect ur battery for 24hours so that the ECU resets.
The reason to reset it is so that the ECU can adjust to your induction kit?

You do not have to do that at all. The ecu will receive a different signal from the airflow meter, so it will re-adjust automatically.

i fitted a 57i kit to mine a few weeks ago, thats the first ive hurd about it. mine went alot better and run perfect stright away. does it reset the ecu if u disconnect the baty for 24h theo?

If you do that the ECU should return to factory settings.
