topping up the battery with antifreeze is (allegedly) always a fun one. nothing happens immediatly, but you don't want to be anywhere near the bonnet when the battery is put under load for a few minutes!

Or get a mate to follow him home and Bingo you have he's home address for much more fun, ie paint stripper, or broken windows in the van and front room at 3 in the morning, the list is endless..
