Just replaced the seals on those temp senders on my gf's driver on friday night. If you're replacing the flange aswell make sure you clean up the area of the block with some wet & dry. These areas get really crusty and the o-ring on the flange wont have a hope in sealing unless it's cleaned up.

Flange............

You got any pics of your dad's split ?

I found my self a new heater matrix on e-bay for £20 so ill probally change that over too. In the mean time ive got my self a rubber window cleaner thing to clear the inside of the window  Ill change my flange over tonight when i get in and make sure it doesnt keep leaking all over the place

Ok....well i replaced the whole lot...But its still leaking from the switch on the bottom....could it be a small crack on the switch or somthing? I dont know whats causing it but its defintally comming from the underside of the switch. I replaced the seals, The flange, the screws, Everything but the switches themselfs. Anyidea?
