How long did you keep the first mk8 for Valentino?
If you’re buying new and keep the car for around (just under) 2 years again you’ll only have to pay the £600 once, then all you have to do is not think about the new car registration VED loaded into the new car’s price which is a tad more than £600

Having owned two mk8’s myself and now an 8.5 I can say that the facelift car is a worthy upgrade and a bit less ugly than the mk8 so you’ll be happier looking out of the front room window at it.
