Travel Assit Error - Fix

Hi guys

Can anyone recommend someone near Wiltshire who can fix the annoying travel assist/SOS errors permanently? Dealer has replaced the steering wheel once, but the errors have now returned, and the car is out of warranty, so the dealer doesn't want to know and wants to charge me for a new steering wheel

Is yours just doing it in this cold weather? Mine is and I put it down to ice or mist over the sensors top of the windscreen.

Is it just when you start from a cold damp weather? And clears after about five minutes of driving?

Or constant bongs while driving?

If its the former it's condensation on the sensors, which clear with heating elements built into them.

If it's the latter then it sounds like the steering wheel... I've heard they are subject to repeat fails...
