Drivers window - loose!
« on: 21 October 2005, 07:53 »
Ok, just noticed on the way into work this morning that my drivers side door window is loose, i can actually lift the back end of it up!

Is this just a case of tighten a bolt? i have no idea how the window is secured, a diagram would be graet if any one has one!

Not sure if this will be helpful - still haven't sorted mine................will get round to it at some point (probably when it stops moving altogether!)

there are a couple of bolts holding it to the lifter yes, take the doorcard off and have a look!  Remember to replace the door seal if its split though or water will get in.  I used some extra cheap plastic sheeting from Focus DIY, the stuff you put down when you're painting :)
