Very tempted by one of these, but I would really need a wireless charging solution too. Doubt very much you could split the USB into 2 though, one for WAA and one for the a charging pad!?

Would probably need to be some sort of hub, and the car might not support that. The battery drain for wireless AA doesn't seem that bad, though.

Could just go for the oem wireless charger, https://www.vw-retrofit.co.uk/product/golf-mk7-wireless-charger/ and retain the usb/aux connection for the AA
