Following my recent experience when I received my Clubsport last Friday, take note of this:

Thanks for the heads up, that is hard to believe! Glad you got sorted though. Frustrating I'd imagine.
Will look for nearest pot hole and give her a test

Thanks guys! I left the additional specs fairly low, Adelaides and Moonstone Grey were the only extras on this one.
It has such a nice sporty look about it. Very tidy. And interior is top notch, although I do need to get used to the lack of buttons, dials, and work my way around the computer screen for controling air con etc.

Couple questions to the experts here if I may

1. Regarding key. I notice a key symbol placed beside the cup holder, but do I actually need to store it there whilst driving?

2. There is a P button above the automatic lever, and a (P) button below it. Seems I use the top P for when I want to stop the engine, but when would I use bottom (P)?

3. Under the entertainment system there is a GOLF logo and a little hatch you can lift up, is that some sort of wireless phone charging compartment?

1. No.... I think thats where to put the key if you want to start the car with a flat key battery....having first opened the door with the manual key (inside the key)

2. Errrm the one next to the start button is the parking brake. Its an auto, when you finish driving you need to push this or it will b!tch at you.

3. Yes that's a wireless charging pad. Use the spring loaded flap to hold the phone in place or it will b!tch at you. Also, don't put anything metallic in this hole or it will b!tch at you.
