Totally agree good wheels make a huge difference. Looking back to when I first saw the Brescia - Reflex combo on the 2016 Clubsport and thinking it was the worst combination, as nice as those wheels look on the reflex silver MK8 CS, they would look far better on a white or dolphin grey MK8 CS.

I am not a fan of the MK8 wheel choice. Prets on a dolphin grey CS would be great IMO.

There are 9 CS advertised on AT already.

The Atlantic Blue one for 34,960 must are an error by the dealership

Those wheels and that colour are an error.

I’ve noticed too that with factory 19’s they add on little black “winglets” (not sure what else to call them) on the wheel arches. Not sure of their purpose...

I presume it's because of the extra width of the 19's combined with the new suspension geometry means the edge of the tyres would otherwise be too close to the outside of the arches.

They’re known as wheel arch spoilers and are fitted to cars with larger / wider wheels and tyres. Their function is to cover the area of tyre tread that might protrude beyond the bodywork when wider wheels / tyres are fitted.

I've seen these today on a Mk8 GTI with 19's. I looked carefully and yes, without those seemingly useless winglets the tyre projects beyond the width of the car - illegal.

Nice cheap solution to the problem.

Look at this CS from AT. Ignore the transport blocks. Interesting alloys.

Knew I’d seen them somewhere before. Thanks. Odd to fit them to a Clubsport though.

For anyone who’s interested, I’ve just been sent a video by VW Manchester. They have 3 Clubsports in. One of which will be a demonstrator.

NavPro?

I've been trying to figure that out... made harder because UK cars have a 10" screen by default.... is this NavPro? Nobody knows... NavPro is still listed on the configurator for 1600GBP. Nothing to tell you what you get.
