Ordering DSG? Don't bother with a push start button!

I was never talking about keyless. I was under the (now wrong) impression that you could order a push button start as an option - separate from keyless. I thought all it did was a gimmicky alternative to twisting the key to turn the engine.

Anyway - wish I hadn't started this now :-)

I think thats an Audi thing. My upcoming A4 needs keyfob button press to open the doors but once inside you just use the start button to start the engine(no ignition keyhole). Is not something VW offer on the Golf.
