only ran 178 on RR at stealth ex misssus had one.

Passat had the same engine as the golf, 2792cc 128kw or 174bhp.
Corrado had 2861cc 140kw or 190bhp.

errr so the mk3 16v had more horses than the VR, think not.

176 ish standard mk3 VR.
