I wonder if it's just marketing bs..
There was a hell of a lot of marketing bs surrounding the Clubsports in both guises. I'm sure there would have been a note of some sort within the car literature that you get if the tyres were bespoke
but the easiest thing to do is check the exact writing on the tyre sidewall. Just like Porsches with their N spec (which the CS might have borrowed) if there is something bespoke about them then the tyres will tell you in code.
