Update on live chat and my new golf is sitting at the port in Emden 

So that was 6 days from beginning of manufacture to sitting at the port awaiting allocation to a boat.

The excitement is growing day by day !

Likewise - mines been at the port since 04/08/17. I had a quick look at ships in dock (car transporters) and found the Makassar Highway due to get into Sherness 09/08/17. Could that be the one?? How sad has my life become 😂

Lol.... don't worry your not alone in this sad addiction, craving for the slightest update  and the dive into depression when there is no new news 

I looked on google maps for Emden..........  Jesus H tap dancing Christ ! there has to be about a trillion new VW's sitting there waiting for a boat place !!

It has today, yes. VW chat said yesterday it was on The Weser Highway and a quick google saw it just about to dock in Grimsby. So, so far, The build and transportation has flowed with the precision and accuracy to be expected from our Germanic friends.
It's now sitting at the docks in Grimsby awaiting the English leg of it's journey 

Expecting the delays and excuses from VW Crewe to start in 3... 2... 1....

Still waiting for build week confirmation, my provisional build week is next week so we shall see!

Live Chat told me that there is a delay/problem at the moment with the tracker updating as 'build week confirmed' so its likely to update when its built, rather than prior to build!

If it helps, my provisional build week was the 7th Aug and was in transit on the 8th, skipping all the stages in between.

Even on the 8th VW couldn't confirm my build week...
