I was considering 15mm on the back and 10mm on the front but must admit the ecd flush kit looks immense!

yeah does look the part but still its a bolt thru meaning 5 extra length bolts holding wheel and spacer to hub im not apposed to this idea but 15 rear and 10 fronts the way to go with 19in santis,,,

cheers neil

Do these really make that much difference? I looked at the link and the wheels do fill the arches a bit better but I don't get it - I haven't noticed much of a problem with my car. Is there anything other than aesthetics?

hi and no its purely aesthetics a better looking full arch

Okay, thanks. $180 seems quite a bit for not a lot. For me that is, not knocking what others like

That sounds more reasonable. I think my next mod could be a pedalbox though depending what my (thieving ba***rd) insurance company says.

when I was running standard wheels I fitted 12mm front and 16mm rear.
The fronts were probably as wide as you could go and at the back I reckon you could go as far as 20mm but 16 looked pretty good.

Does fitting spacers make the car drive/steer differently at all ?

On some cars it will, for example fitting spacers to the rear will make it turn in a bit sharper and to the front only it'll be the reverse of that.
But up to about 15mm on a lardy Golf 7 it'll make no difference.
It just looks so much better.
Surprisingly better.

I did it on my Edi35 and never regretted it. I think there's a thread somewhere under user name Ginge35Edition.
