They hunt in packs!.I'd choose the one with a heated windscreen (if any).Just started using it on my GTD and it's fantastic.Not such an issue on the much faster warming up R.

Cossieian I'm afraid I didn't ask too many questions on prices for the R's as they are all very well equipped. They has seven ready for sale so I'm sure there is a deal to be had.

Especially at this time of year.Even with the R- dealers have a lot of spare time on their hands as showroom traffic dries up.
Still to see an R Estate.Ultimate in cool. :cool:

My local dealer (Aberdeen) were advertising around 7 new Golf R, all delivery mileage, the other day on their Facebook page with up to £4k savings on list price allegedly

All with 19" Pretoria, weirdly enough

Camerons in Perth are always stocked up with R's too.Just seems to be them in the Central/Tayside Belt though.Went there in the Summer before i bought my GTD.Salivating at the R's on the forecourt. :drool:

Huddersfield VW had 3 new Golf R's in during the summer, (June/July ish I think) they wouldn't come down to what I offered so I walked thinking they would probably be in touch-I never heard anything.

Has anyone on here been in recently? Have they got any in at the mo? I have not been up that way for a while and they don't seem to advertise them?

9 R's at Altrincham Vw according to the dealer I spoke to today.
Not a single GTI though.
