failed MOT

car failed on all this today, anyone give me a rough idea of how much to fix?
Offside Front position lamp(s) not working (1.1.A.3b)

Front registration plate deteriorated (6.3.1d)

Offside Front Brake hose excessively deteriorated (3.6.B.4d)

Nearside Front Tyre(s) incorrect because different size tyres are fitted on the same axle. (4.1.A.1a)

Nearside Rear coil spring broken (2.4.C.1a)

Offside rear parking brake recording little or no effort (3.7.B.6a)

Exhaust emissions carbon monoxide content after 2nd fast idle excessive (7.3.D.3)

Parking brake: efficiency below requirements (3.7.B.7)

Advisory Notice issued

Nearside Front Brake hose slightly deteriorated (3.6.B.4d)

Nearside Rear Brake pipe slightly corroded (3.6.B.2c)

Offside Rear Brake pipe slightly corroded (3.6.B.2c)

Not a bad fail sheet really..I'd say the same as previous poster...give or take £30-£50

No rear brake effort - you will probably have to buy a new caliper to sort this

Brake line - You might as well replace all of them as the others are on their way

Emissions - probably be the cat or lambda, you'll need a quick go on VAG COM to work out which

Tyres - get one to suit whichever you want to keep on the car

Reg plate - any decent accessories shop will sort this for you for around a tenner

Spring - find a PAIR from a scrapper

Parking brake - this is probably the same fault as the "no rear braking effort"

How did you get tyre sizes different  on same axle??

hahaha, it was the spare I had put on cause I got a puncture :grin:
