just replying to say that's my conversion finished and the oil problem is sorted, my housing came today, feels great to drive and very torquey in the low revs

I'm enjoying my 2l 8v. Think I might make a blanking plate for the breather though.

Looks better, I think it has enough breathers all ready. Was leaking oil and air through the bung on the rocker so I changed that over today also. Gunna stop the exhaust blowing and then get it set up at stealth.

Glad its all sorted for ya, I've been driving my 2L conversion for about 18 months now and agree its a great upgrade. I commute in mine daily and the extra torque puts a smile on face daily

I get better economy with the increased torque. Block change up more and cruise around in a higher gear than before. Good conversion.
