So after scouring the net i found loads of conflicting information as to where to "T" in to take the feed for a Boost Gauge

I am personally running from the FPR, but i didnt know anything else at the time.

Running from the FPR is supposed to give a more acurate result, but you run the risk of an aire leak... and less air to the FPR means running lean... major no no on a turbo.

Running from the DV line is supposed to give a less accurate result  :undecided:but you then dont run the risk of running lean

What are your opinions and does anyone else know of a better place to "T" into?

Thanks
Gristy

Under the manifold connect it to the n249 on the pipe coming from the manifold to the n249. Its very accurate and won't interfere with anything
2004 auq, 550cc injectors, gt3071r, adjustable fpr, ebc, fmic, sachs stage 2, walbro 255, 3" turbo back, 3" custom intake, n75 n249 sai delete.

depends how accurate you want it to be.

if you want cock on accuracy etc then it needs to be manifold, however, I didn't have enough pipe, nor was I botherd about the .3psi (approx) that my boost guage may be out. therefore I went for the DV.

also bare in mind that most boot gauges aren't that accurate anyway and unless you have a digital boost guage that is very accurate your going to probly be about .3psi out anyway...

Another from the FPR
ARZ K03s, Oettinger Side Skirts, R32 front, Carbon stage 2, Forge 007p (yellow spring), Forge Actuator (yellow spring), Pipercross panel filter with DSG parts, N249 and N112 deleted, SAI deleted, Carbon canister deleted, Rear wiper deleted, Long Life turbo back custom exhaust with 200 cell sports cat, VR6/G60 clutch kit, Creation Motorsport TIP, Catch can, 'Wellycooler', K04 charge pipe, S3 ported inlet manifold - looks pretty standard on the outside though :)

Well iam still feeding from the FPR, but as i have just found out... do not use cable ties to clamp vac hoses... use the tiny Jubalie clips far less chance or on air leak.

so diffinatly wont be running lean thanks to a bad tap in :p
