People are always sceptical about these until they actually try them for themselves and 9/10 don't want to remove them.. They are the hardest thing in the world to sell, but I agree with exon ian I wouldn't be without one on anything I drive
I am not surprised they are hard to sell if no one can explain what it actually does.
Come on Dan its not rocket science, if you push the pedal a quarter of the way down and kept it there it may sit on 2000rmp, with the pedal box it would amplified to 4000rmp. So a quarter push would give a much more assertive acceleration. Simples...

I am aware its simple which is why its a waste of cash if you have a mapped car already, all it does is change the throttle mapping which is what i said earlier. This mapping can be changed via superchips, revo or other maps too. Of course the other thing you could do is push the throttle down further with your foot...
Do you mean rpm by the way?
^^^^^ ha ha Yeah RPM, I was tired last night.
But to be fair I have REVO, and I still think this could help as you still have to put foot fully down to tell the engine / ECU to give it 100% power, if that was reduced to 60-70% foot to floor it would make it feel faster.
Im still open minded about them, would love to try it.
