Tornado Red looks good in all conditions (best of all under streetlights in the dark), Limestone and Night blue (if thats the proper name) look great in some conditions and not so good in others IMO.
Whey ya bugger! It's finally arrived after an 8 month wait....

^ Yeah i 100% agree that was the reasoning behind my original decision.  But the more red cars i see on the road (all makes) the less i am happy (with the red on tinted windows/dark wheels) look

is tungsten silver the darker version of reflex?

i have had a silver car recently and not sure about another, but it looks good in isolation, its just that every third car is silver

I have a red 3 door GTI which, in my opinion , looks great any time and the colour has grown on me as I was originally considering white (same as my mk6).
When originally bought I thought the red a bit dark and dull but a quality polish changed the cars appearance.

I test drove a red one before ordering mine and I wasn't impressed at all. It's an individual choice at the end of the day, some love red some don't.

I don't think you a can go far wrong TR, it looks good all year round &in all lights, sometimes it seems like I'm driving through a sea of gray with most cars on the road being some sort or silver through to black.

Hi

Thanks for the pics, the gold looking ones are the ones I wasn't keen on after a search on the net  ( i hope they have been shop'd a lot).  Gold REALLY doesn't do it for me imo but on the others it looks totally different.

I can decide on the options but colour options are a nightmare.  Having originally thought i don't like any colour enough to pay for them, i am now coming around to something like the ones mentioned.  Even silver looks great in the pic above by Ginge 35 ed.  But i was looking on the road at the "sea of grey" and thought i could take them or leave them, but now i'm not sure i am brave on the bold red...  (even though i had a mk2 in red back in the day )
