TIP & FMIC HELP!
« on: 29 May 2014, 00:23 »
Ok so i now have fitted the toyosports intercooler.. What a nightmare.. Pipes not fitting correctly. and i now fear there is a outlet valve that will need to be moved..

I bought a creation motorsports TIP but i have forgotted where everthing should go and what pipes should connect where. and i noticed some oil spraying out the pipe.

Im really stuck here as there is a small outlet from the intercooler pipe which i believe should connect to the n75 valve. as you can see dew to the possition of the outlet on the intercooler I have has to splice in a peice of pipe..

i really need some help on how to plumb all this back into the car. was far too quick pulling it all out now im lost..

many thanks in advance

Ok so on your TIP at the top you have 2 places to put the DV and the Hockey puck, and then you want to run the pipe that comes out the other side of the DV into the new intercooling pipe.
ARZ K03s, Oettinger Side Skirts, R32 front, Carbon stage 2, Forge 007p (yellow spring), Forge Actuator (yellow spring), Pipercross panel filter with DSG parts, N249 and N112 deleted, SAI deleted, Carbon canister deleted, Rear wiper deleted, Long Life turbo back custom exhaust with 200 cell sports cat, VR6/G60 clutch kit, Creation Motorsport TIP, Catch can, 'Wellycooler', K04 charge pipe, S3 ported inlet manifold - looks pretty standard on the outside though :)

Thank you for the advice . So where should the pipe from the n75 valve go? I have the plastic bit pushed into one of the small pipes on the tip but there is still a rubber hose from it and no where to fit it.

Thanks
