Im still trying to work out  Cost vs Performance vs Weight.

If im not tracking it this year and im only at stage one, would decent pads and braided line give a good improvement rather then spending £400 plus on heavier R32 set up or £500 R32 set up with with TTRS discs.

Decent pads (M1144/DS2500 or PMu/Endless if you're feeling flushed) will give a very noticeable upgrade over the stock items..
312s with the right pads and fresh fluid can and have been used on track by many, they will cope up to a point just fine 
The R32 setup is often underrated, but with good pads, quality discs (OE or Brembo Premiums) and fresh fluid is a very capable setup for less than the cost of replacement rotors alone on say an AP 4 pot kit, if they extra weight bothers you then offset it with S3 bottom arms and use the TTs discs?

Not sure what you mean with the £500 R32 kit using TTrs discs, they are not compatible together..

Well i might go decent pads and braided line with 5.1 fludid for now and see how i get on. Can always upgrade in the future.

To be fair I probably wont end up swapping anyways, I mean it only gives you a higher boiling point and im not going to be tracking more than once in a year.

But to answer the above question, Yes, it does need changing more often as it absorbs water faster than Dot4

Ok so in a road car you use daily is there a fluid you could use thats better than standard but has the same validity
