I had my Mk6 Golf (new rear door and painted) repaired by Mitchell Inglis. I'm sure I've documented it on here somewhere.
Anyway very impressive website made me have a look at them. Then when I went for an estimate, 2 Lamborghini's were getting dropped off right in the middle of the car park. So that along with the top-end cars dotted about convinced me it was the right place to go to.
When I got it back, door was squint, door seal not on right, couple of air bubbles in the paint work, dust everywhere. Scratches just along from the work they had carried out.
They sorted a lot of that before I took the car away so I was a bit more happier.
A couple of weeks later, one of my kids opened the car door on to our old rotten wooden fence and it took the paint right off the edge of the door where they had painted. The kids had previously done this without any incident on the Mk6. The paint was literally so thin that they had applied. The car was already booked to be traded in or I would have went back with it.
Unfortunately I wouldn't use them again but I might just have got a poor tradesman for the job but I wasn't impressed at all.
