what you are 'meant' to do is put the silver reducer onto the SAI pipe which is on the pic you put up of someone else's has the small filter on, and then that other side of the reducer attached to one end of the blue pipe and then that connects to the aluminium tube
ARZ K03s, Oettinger Side Skirts, R32 front, Carbon stage 2, Forge 007p (yellow spring), Forge Actuator (yellow spring), Pipercross panel filter with DSG parts, N249 and N112 deleted, SAI deleted, Carbon canister deleted, Rear wiper deleted, Long Life turbo back custom exhaust with 200 cell sports cat, VR6/G60 clutch kit, Creation Motorsport TIP, Catch can, 'Wellycooler', K04 charge pipe, S3 ported inlet manifold - looks pretty standard on the outside though :)

Decided not to run the cold air from behind the bumper as i don't want to suck up water, so placed it here.

Also put on a Forge splitter on but i have definitely lost some power, not massive amounts but some pull has gone.

Not sure what to do TBF keep it for the sound or go back to stock just for a slight boost advantage. I.m pretty sure it's probably just the Split R settings.

did your splitter valve come with the extra part to make it a full recirc? (from memory both parts come with the valve) as it isn't uncommon for people to have issue with the splitter as opposed to the full recirc.

If you want noise from the induction kit fit an S2000 filter, it was so noisy I took it off and went back to an airbox!

I've sorted it now, just had to play around with the clicks on it. think i'm on around 16 or 17. Just a fast as before but sounds loads better.
