"Camber" and "Toe" are 2 different things! do you mean that your wheel is leaning in at the top, this is "negative camber"
Or, your wheel is not tracking squarely... this would suggest a bent trailing arm off the beam, or a bent stub axle, or both! usually curb damage. As long as the tyre is not scrubbing out, and the car doesn't feel to be rear wheel steering, then theirs not really much to worry about
