It sounds to me as if he knows little about these engines, if it were me I'd ask him to flash the standard map back onto your car and refund you the money.

Save up longer if you need to and get it done properly at R-tech. How much did it cost you?

Almost no point doing it unless he turned up the wick

On the flip side he has done somethings correctly. Some tuners just whack up the boost and forget about everything else  :lipsrsealed:
