I just had a Beachbuggy K250 turbo fitted today with a ported manifold and R-tech supersize tip and it sounds like a rally car's turbo! LOL The sound is awesome!

I Definitely recommend a Beechbuggy turbo over a K04. He tests his turbos too

get a vid up!!!!

I will, only got the car back today, give me a couple of days and I'll get one done.
Mods: R-Tech custom remap, Beachbuggy K250 Turbo, Forge 007 DV, RAMAIR Jetstream 108 induction filter, silicone piping throughout, R-Tech Supersize TIP, 42 Draft Stealth Catch Can, N249 bypass, Ported Manifold, Toyo Sports FMIC with 2 & 1/2 pipes, Custom made full turbo back exhaust & 2 & 1/2 " downpipe and 200 cell sports cat. So if I wanted a Beachbuggy turbo for my AUM ko3s, it's a straight swap over?

The k280 and k300 uses a k04 compressor housing and so the tip from the k03/k03s won't fit. The k250 is a k03/k03s compressor housing so you can use the same tip.

Still putting a k300 through its paces on my golf and it's still running reliably.

Rock monkey what tip did you use for the k300?

GTI is not a trim level. It is a lifestyle.
1999 1.8t AGU, KO3s, forge 007p, silicone tip and charge pipe, oil catch can, SS turbo back system, pipercross CAI, g60/vr6 clutch, 40mm apex springs, drilled and grooved discs, stage 2 remap.

BBT also sell a supersize TIP that is ideal for the K300
