I've seen that site myself, like you say they're drop plates for mounting on the hubs.

Just get some made up? Any engineering shop will make you them most likely cheaper then you can buy them..

haha I don't trust myself making them. not sure they would jig up straight, the bolt holes don't run square to the car do they?
