That blue is gorgeous! The blue instrument needles are very cool too. The 4 pipes though is way OTT.

I really don't like the bloody mirrors! Mine is going to be limestone grey, think the colour really suits it, will be a real wolf in sheeps clothing :)

Blue plus those exhausts is way too OTT. Sheepskin clothing colours such as the lovely Limestone are the way forward IMO

PCP in the end. Gone for £3000 and £333 PCM with 10,000 miles.

If you don't mind me asking, what interest rate did you get? Over how many years? And is that £3,000 down as a deposit? That's a brilliant deal if so

Not feeling it thb. Don't like the interior cloth or leather option (It would be ok with plain nappa as we have in our GTI/D's). Don't like the alloys much either :-( I also prefer the front bumper on the GTI/D. Maybe it would look better in the flesh...who knows.

I do however like the rear diffuser and quad pipes, also the colour! :-)

I think the only things i prefer over the GTI are the double U daylight running lights in the headlights (prefer the red stripe though) and the lightly tinted rear lights.

My opinion may well change once i see one in person though.

I'm struggling to work this out as well considering I put £4500 down and pay £338 over 4 years on a GTI

Its all down to how the PCP deal is constructed (once the best discount is negotiated!) - there are lots of variables and can give surprisingly different payment profiles. Please see my analysis of the quotes received by R001 for a GTD and R on page 7 of this thread:

The APR is the standard current one on a Solutions PCP deal...

Mine has changed slightly now as I've upped the miles and added extra's.

I'm on 12,000 miles a year, 10% discount and 6.04%APR.

5 door R with metallic paint, DCC, plain black leather, keyless entry, winter pack and fully maintained (including tyres, brake pads and all other wear and tear items).

£7000 down and £315pcm.

The £3000 down was on 10,000 PCM, standard be servicing, no DCC and no leather.
