I'll give your settings a try at the weekend. And yes, a thread on "My Perfect" EQ settings would be useful.

I will also give the EQ setting a try.  But I think although the EQ are not changing the Profiles directly they do add to the final result produced by the profiles even though the EQ is set to individual.  Maybe worth looking in to a bit more in depth.

I find that if I select a Profile setting, the next time I go into the Sound menu, it defaults to the Individual settings screen for some reason.

Does anyone know if you can get the plug and play sub and replace it with the one you get with the Dynaudio ??

I believe the Dynaudio sub uses the Dynaudio amplifier, where as the plug and play has an amplifier built in.

I spent an hour today driving my old car again, a Mk6 Golf Match with Dynaudio.  All I can say is I was blown away by how much better the sound was compared to my Mk7 also with Dynaudio.  The sound was far deeper and way ahead of the system in the Mk7.  Whats missing from the Mk7?   It's such a shame as I used to love the sound system in the Mk6.

I love mine - but it did take a bit of fiddling to get it right! The power is fabulous ....

Mine are: Sound focus front. Authentic, then Individual, Subwoofer up to +4, Bass -1, Mid -2, treble +1.

Have only tinkered with my Dynaudio a little since Saturday, but am very impressed with it so far. I'm still tweaking settings to optimise it though.
