Get your old one off and make a fibreglass mould from it and make your own out of carbon fibre strips, there's hundreds of guides on YouTube. Only real advice I would give is to make sure you have a warm place to work

Iv wraped my engine cover and had been fine.

seen some of his work. spot on! also his old S3 is nice, not sure if he still has it, think he sold it.
