Hi Guys, How do you know what stage your car is at (stage 38?).....as Mine went into build in progress as from yesterday,so it would be good to see what stage they are at.... :whistle:

Guys, get onto your dealerships and ask them, it's on their system.  :cool:

Dealer said that in got on a ship in 18/11/2013!!! Presumes that it will be in the dealership mid-December.

Arrived in the UK.

Pretty gutted I can't even take her if I wanted to as I had surgery on my spine last week so off driving for weeks and weeks.

I should hopefully be collecting next week.
Dealership says they should have the car by Friday.
I just need to go in and sign the PCP forms and agree a collection date :)
So far my GTi story has gone well with no real delays.....

Spoke to my dealer should be with him by the end of the week. He's going to keep it in the container at docks for as long as possible (probably less than a week) and then store in the dealership's secure covered compound until I'm ready to take it. He noted that many of their new cars are ordered without buyers so by the time somebody picks them up they've routinely been in the compound for a month or two, says 9/10 times doesn't lead to any problems down the line so here's hoping.

Going to be mighty jealous when the rest of you all get behind the wheel!

Yay!, mine still says arrived in the UK too so you are not far behind.
Call your dealership to find out what stage it is at and when it's going to be delivered to them. :) (mine is stage 40 - exit port).
I hope it makes delivery today or tomorrow to my dealership.
PDI first thing Monday and collection Tuesday.
But they have to PDI it (1 day), register and tax it etc :(
