Its pretty poor service but every sales person is different. So far my buying experience has been top class..., let's hope it continues :)

I called the salesman today they say they now have no way of telling when the car will arrive at the dealers. I would like it next week but I haven't signed any PCP paperwork or anything to be honest.

They say my car will be with them Monday, the sales person will give it the once over and then give me the green light to either collect Thursday/Friday  :cool:
I too haven't signed the PCP form yet  :rolleyes: I've actually asked them to redo the PCP based on 15k annual mileage, but they aren't sure if it will delay anything as my current quote has been approved.
