what are the stock agu rods actually capable of guys?. whats the most power been put through them without them breaking  :rolleyes:.
need to calculate something  :grin:

I`ve just been reading about and found some forum posts stating they have been tested to 350bhp without problems. (data found from a trusted source  :wink:)
I wouldn't run them quite that high myself personally for reliability reasons.
I think about 349bhp is reasonable enough  :grin:

Approx 300lb/ft is the usual figure apparently

This, although i've read stories of them bending before that.

Stock rods have been know to go at as little as 225bhp!
It's a complete lottery and if your thinking of heading towards 300 bhp you need to change them really as the last thing that you want is for one to go and put a nice hole in the side of your block!
