timing mark on crank pulley against mark on aux shaft, and screwdriver down no.1 plug hole

If its all timed up correctly at tdc and your rotor arm lines up with the mark on the distributor then you are timed correctly and more than likely the wiring to hall sensor or the sensor itself. You can check them with a meter although I can't remember the values. Abs light wont interfere.

Sorted it  :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:......coil pack was the problem.
