What have you done to your MK 7 today ?

Lubed the actuator arm for the 3rd day on the trot. Fingers crossed no more EPC fault....

Standard oil service via my service plan and got a new battery fitted which will hopefully deal with the battery going low during the winter months. The service tech told me I will need new rear brake pads within the next 4,000 miles which will be the first replacement elements of the brakes. I did think the front discs would be first, but he said they will be OK for a while yet which is great news!

Car is also six years old today and still love it as much as a did when I got it nearly three years ago!

Rear brakes usually cause problems first rather than front as discs do not get that much use normally and tend to get some rust and the auto brake wears the pads. Mine is 6 years old in June so will be making a careful check and change what is necessary before the service. Still enjoying mine after 5 years of ownership and no issues apart from needing a software update soon after buying to sort the stop/start error codes that kept appearing.
