I got my winter wheels and tyres on today

Front discs about finished, so thats the next job...

my next task too, dealer price is £750 for front discs and pads

CarPartsInMotion eBay, currently have 20% off code, Febi/Bosch/Brembo discs & pads are less than £100.

Had mine in for a service. Stupidly I asked for a brake fluid change as I thought it was due. Annoyingly the garage didn't check, did it only for me to realise it was done at the last service. In January THIS YEAR. £100 down the drain. Needs two tyres, that would've been useful

Disabled the washer fluid low level warning. Unbeknown to me, rain repellent type screen wash trashes the low level sensor, so I've disbaled it for now. Tank emptied and re-filled with Infinity Wax screen wash, hoping that it will clean the sensor after a while and I can re-enable it.
Balls...

New Oil separator fitted

Nice

What was the reason for the change?  Was it showing any symptoms of failing

None that I was aware of, the car still had the original pcv and at 80k thought it was time for a fresh one preventative action more than anything

Camskill tyres are UK based and have PS4S in 18” in 225/40 R18 size. Their price is for supply only so you’d need to find somewhere to fit them and budget for the fitting cost.
