Both will give about 10bhp on a fairly standard set up.
The Gs2 will require a bit more engine work and set up to see its full potential but it still won't rip your socks off.

not to bothered about the socks coming off  just after a little more oomph! 130bhp will keep me content for many years. im more in to reliability these days than massive power gains.

Nobody is ever content with power. As soon as the power stops scaring you it's time to get more haha

I don't even know tbh. I drove somewhere to pick up a manifold but they guy had a TSR ported and polished head with an apparent piper fast road cam for cheap so I bought it also. If I ever get some vernier calipers then I will measure a lobe. Everything combined revolutionised the car though.

It had the TSR receit but none for the cam which was already in the head. The guy had a adjustable pully and samco coolant hoses that he was selling also. With the other performance parts I gave him the benefit of the doubt seeing as it was £150 for head and cam.
