I wouldn't advise it, any play in the bearing puts unwanted, extra strain on the entire bearing/hub. I wouldn't want to drive far. You could get a part ordered and have it sorted in 2 days. I'd advise fixing it before the drive. A wheel coming off will cost you a lot more than the bearing

^^^ This, get it sorted before making a journey like that!

and I've made a journey like that. Was only going 10mph in my old polo a few years ago.. wheel bearing gave way and the wheel just continued making a big escape from me. Luckily, me and other road users was fine. Get it fixed soon as possible

that sounds more like a bad diff to me. have you checked the gearbox oil? could be the bearing but tbh Iv never heard one making that kinda noise before. use a long screwdriver with your ear to the end of it to pin point the noise.

I was kinda swaying to it being the diff as it sounds more behind the wheel rather than in it, but ill get a bearing done on the safe side then see if it still does it.

Had a dual mass flywheel kit put in 2 year ago would they of done the gearbox oil then ?

no need to drain the oil in them boxes when you pull them out since the shafts bolt to the flanges on the outside. but I would check it for oil anyway. if your really keen you could take off the driveshaft and spin the wheel to check for noise. if it gone then your box is suspect. wouldn't change wheel bearing until noise source confirmed.
