I was away for the weekend and my dad offered to fix my car as it was driving like crap.
I said the following:
1. I wanted the wobble/vibration fixed when going over 40mph as it was extremely bad
2. The front brake discs were pitted but said to only get a quote and not replace them because the current ones were working really well still and wanted to price them myself as thinking about fitting uprated ones as its mapped.
I get back and told its cost
£84.58 parts
£95.42 labour
£180
If I got the parts online it would have been £97.68 or £87.68 with cashback
I wasnt happy over the fact that I specifically said I just wanted them priced up and not replaced to come home and told its costing me £180 for fitting breaks and doing work I specifically didnt ask for!
I then check out the parts that they fitted and they seem to be all budget parts.

Feedback welcome on parts tah
